WestEast is excited to announce the groundbreaking of Providence by the Green, a highly anticipated 18,000-square-foot multiuse facility located in the heart of far north San Antonio. Nestled alongside the 12th green of the picturesque Canyon Springs Golf Course in Stone Oak, this new development is set to become a vibrant community destination, offering a mix of retail, dining, and event spaces. As the lead architects and interior designers, WestEast is bringing their expertise to create a modern, three-level structure.
The design will feature floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and offer breathtaking views of the golf course. Seven expansive outdoor terraces will allow guests to enjoy the surrounding scenery while dining or attending events. The first floor will include a full-service restaurant, a coffee shop, and an in-house catering service to support event rentals, community cooking classes, and local gatherings.
On the second floor, the layout will accommodate private, rentable event spaces, a wine shop and tasting area, as well as a charming floral shop. The third floor is reserved for a restaurant and a rooftop bar, promising an elevated dining experience with panoramic views.
Providence by the Green is poised to become a cornerstone of the Stone Oak community, offering a diverse range of amenities for both locals and visitors.
