Bakerly has opened a state-of-the-art 135,000-square-foot production facility at Brooks City Base in San Antonio, designed to produce authentic French bakery goods while creating significant local job opportunities. The facility integrates advanced manufacturing processes and sustainable features, including a large solar array for power and shaded parking, while planning for future expansion with extendable structural components.
Currently employing over 100 people, the factory is set to support more than 300 jobs upon full expansion, contributing to both Bakerly’s U.S. operations and the local economy. With its innovative design and strategic location, this facility strengthens Bakerly’s nationwide shipping capabilities and underscores its commitment to sustainability and community growth.
